First time visiting this spa was totally elated by the professionalism of the girls, the cleanliness of the spa itself and the warmth of their personalities. It’s a definite return for me.

Very unprofessional. Booked a massage, when I get there the lady in the front tells me that’s unfortunately she booked someone as the the same time as my appointment. Smh 🤦🏻‍♂️ I can’t rate this place on massage skills, but from a customer service standpoint it’s a -F!!

Awesome massage! Kelly was very knowledgeable and pleasant. When I mentioned a painful area on my leg she spent extra time there. Later when I asked about places to eat nearby, she said they all closed early but offered me some of her dinner! Which I accepted. (How could I not?). 6 Stars!!

Went in the other day for a massage and was very happy with the result. The staff was super friendly and took time to listen. I had some back pain and wanted to explain and they made sure to listen. The spa itself is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. I will be coming back and have been recommending Amazing spa to family and friends! Great massage, great staff at a great price. Professionals!

I don't usually write reviews but this was one of the worst massage experience I have had. We scheduled for a couple massage for myself and my wife. When we got there, they asked if we were okay to pay before we got started which we didn't care much about and paid and got started. They brought us in and allowed us to get ready, instructed to lay face down. We were confused by whether where the blanket was to cover ourselves and found one rolled away and covered ourselves before they came in. One lady came in and started working on myself and after a few minutes started the lady who checked us in came and started working on my wife. Throughout the entirety of the massage these ladies were talking with one another in their native language. It was terribly distracting and the lady working on my wife would spend the whole time sighing loudly and while I didn't understand, it was palpable how negative she was. Around 15 min into the appointment, the phone rings and the lady working on my wife goes out and picks up the phone, we can hear the whole conversation regarding a customer wanting to come in around 10 minutes. She says to that customer to come in, then we can hear her call another worker to come. Throughout the appointment both ladies go in and out of the room to check on new people coming in, answer the phone, reply to text messages. At least 10 times total they would stop the massage and go out throughout our 90 min massage. As they enter back into the room, they presumably chat about what's going on, the lady working on my wife sighs and continues to just express frustration. To add to the distraction, their music starts playing an ad, and so one of them goes out to stop the ad. To be fair, the quality of the massage was good. But at times these ladies would climb on top of you, at one point my masseuse had both knees on the side of my head, just incredibly uncomfortable to have my face head down while above me is a lady mounted on the back of my head. But like I said the massage itself was good, not great. But the environment and the constant chatting and constant interruption made the experience terrible. Despite the constant interruption, they wrap up the massage at around the 90 minute mark. We wrap up and they apologize for the busyness to which we say it's okay and understand. Despite them apologizing, as we walk out, they ask for tip. Confused by them asking for tip after they asked for us to pay in the beginning, we hand them a $20 bill, which I honestly don't think they deserved from this terrible experience. They have the audacity to ask for another $20 dollars and asked for more tip. To be honest, if they wouldn't have pushed it, wouldn't have left this review and just forgotten about this weird experience, but for them to give a subpar experience, ask for a tip, receive a tip, and then ask for more... That is undeserving of people's patronage and I would highly encourage people to reconsider giving them your business.
